Ingredients

Base and layers (chilled juices)
  • 2 cup cranberry juice Chilled for clean color layering.
  • 2 cup lemonade or white grape juice Chilled; use whichever you prefer for the white layer.
  • 2 cup blue raspberry lemonade or blue sports drink Chilled; pour gently to float on top.
  • 1 L lemon-lime soda Chilled; add right before serving for fizz.
For serving
  • 1 ice cubes Use a generous amount to keep the punch ice-cold.
  • 1 fresh strawberries and blueberries for garnish Rinse and pat dry so they float nicely on top.

Equipment

  • 1 sheet pan

Method

Layer the punch
  1. Fill a large clear punch bowl or pitcher with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the chilled cranberry juice over the ice to form the red base layer.
  3. Slowly add the chilled lemonade over the back of a ladle to create a white middle layer without mixing.
  4. Gently pour the chilled blue raspberry drink over the ladle so it floats and becomes the top blue layer.
Add fizz and finish
  1. Add a splash of chilled lemon-lime soda right before serving for bubbles.
  2. Garnish with fresh strawberries and blueberries, then serve immediately.

Notes

Pro tip: keep every juice and the soda thoroughly chilled so the layers separate and the top stays clear. Refrigerate leftovers in a covered container for up to 1 day, but note the color layers may blend as it sits; freezing is not recommended. For a lower-sugar option, replace the lemonade/blue lemonade with unsweetened or reduced-sugar varieties while keeping the same layering technique.
